1. How much is the deposit?
It varies from $25-$65 based on the size of the unit. See the unit page
2. Do you provide the key to the unit?
It’s your space – Your lock – Your key. Only you have access to your belongings.
3. What do I need to rent a unit?
We require that you give your name, address, and phone number when inquiring about a unit. Once we have your contact information and have decided what size unit you will need, we will send you two leases, one for your records and the other to be signed and returned with your 1st months rent.
4. How long is the contract?
Our contracts are usually month to month, but we do have 3, 6, and 12 month leases with just a 1-month minimum rental period.
5. What about insurance?
Black Bear Storage does not offer insurance coverage. Therefore it’s best for you to talk to your insurance agent to make sure your property is insured when it is stored.
6. What type of payment do you accept?
